Large Food companies look to social media and being green

Being greening and streamlining waste is always good for a company to pay attention to. Seul Bi Kim, a design student, developed an eco-friendly and human-friendly to carry around fast food. Well it still has some tweaks to be made, a new food packing revolution could be coming.

A revolution in the food industry already underway is the utilization of social media. According to a food and beverage survey by KPMG LLP, social media, mobile and online marketing are creating indispensable new opportunities for companies to engage with consumers. Product innovations, especially the promotion of healthier foods, were also shown to increase consumer interest.
